Description BedOS_Gui 2009-01-01 08:47:44 UTC
After emerging enigmail-0.95.7-rX, the revdep-rebuild loops infinitely about this file :

 /usr/lib64/mozilla-thunderbird/extensions/{847b3a00-7ab1-11d4-8f02-006008948af5}/platform/Linux_x86_64-gcc3/components/libenigmime.so (requires libxpcom_compat.so)

Perhaps is it due to my version of Mozilla-Thunderbird (3.0_alpha2) when enigmail compiles against Thunderbird-2.0.0.19 sources.

Deleting libenigme.so file is the only workaround I found to fix the problem.

Reproducible: Always

I've put a blocker on enigmail.

We can't fix this, as current engmail can't build for 3.0
