I have an ATAPI CD/DVD-ROM driver which I know is working (I can boot from it), but when I boot to gentoo it is not detected.

I have both "Include IDE/ATAPI CDROM support" and "ISO 9660 CDROM file system support" installed in the kernel.

Reproducible: Always
