Steps to reproduce:
1. quickpkg sys-libs/ncurses
2. bunzip2 /portage_tmpdir/packages/sys-libs/ncurses-5.6-r2.tbz2

Result:
bzip2: (stdin): trailing garbage after EOF ignored

"bzip2: (stdin): trailing garbage after EOF ignored" is normal for .tbz2 packages as generated by portage.
