There is a huge amount of duplicated code between the dspam utilities and libdspam, they should probably link dynamically to avoid the duplication.

I've checked on my box and all utilities in /usr/bin are linked to libdspam. Reopen the bug if you find a specific USE flag configuration in which some/all utilities are not linked to libdspam.

Closed as INVALID.
