This page always return 
500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open this address http://packages.gentoo.org/package/dev-ruby/nokogiri

Actual Results:  
500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

Expected Results:  
I expect to see the package details.

I added some illegal UTF-8 code in the description of this package, but that has already been fixed by Diego in #252785. Still, packages.g.o should not barf when presented with bad UTF-8.
