The Makefile.am is patch and a placeholder "GENTOO_PKG_NAME" is introduced but not corrected afterwards. Here is the patch to correct this.

Hi Justin,

I can't seem to find "GENTOO_PKG_NAME" in any
of the patches. Could you please elaborate
with of the patches introduces this variable.

Hi Markus,

I don't know why I filed this bug against the in tree ebuild. It quite an old bug which I just reassigned yesterday. 
I introduced the GENTOO_PKG_NAME in the 1.1.0 bump.

--> INVALID
