Arch teams, please, stabilize dev-util/{bzr-1.9,bzrtools-1.9.1}. Some tests (curl related) are know to fail, were reported upstream and probably will be fixed in future. So ignore test failures for now. I think I'll create list of know to fail tests for 1.10

FYI: bzrtools passes all the test
