Description Elias Pipping 2008-12-25 17:10:52 UTC
The way grep produces colorized output appears to have changed. This breaks e.g. the shell-mode of
emacs. (M-x shell, M-x ansi-color-for-comint-mode-on). I'm attaching a comparison of the output of
different versions of grep obtained from different sources (all run on osx).

With 2.5.1a, removing "${FILESDIR}"/${PN}-2.5.1-color.patch did it for me. No idea how 2.5.3 can be fixed, though.

can't fix this, use ne in your GREP_COLORS environment variable
