Hi,
media-sound/transkode has an amarok use-flag, which controls installation of amarok-1.4* script, that enables one to use transcoding from within amarok. When enabled, it rdepends on media-sound/amarok (any version). This pulls amarok-2*, which does not support that old script in any way.

The dependendecy should be at least =media-sound/amarok-1*, or imo it should not depend on amarok at all even with amarok use-flag enabled, because transkode does not use amarok during runtime at all. One may just choose to enable installation of amarok script for future, without actually installing amarok. (I haven't tested transkode's buildsystem if it does not fail in this scenario)
