Proposed ebuild.

Note that with this release, bash-completion for dbus has been introduced. Upstream sources need to be patched for using a --with-bash-completion-dir= argument for configure but, at the moment, I just moved the bash-completion file to the correct dir in src_install. It's reported on Debian too (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=509584) but not upstream yet.

If it works for you, please commit. Additionally, submit your patch upstream as well, preferably to the D-Bus mailing list. If you are unable, please let me know and I will.

I've added this to the tree. I've made some changes to the DEPENDs for this version as well as additional support for FEATURES=test.
