Description DaggyStyle 2008-12-22 13:45:57 UTC
I've upgraded to xorg 7.4 a few days ago, all are compiled without hal support, since then 95% of the times that I turn my computer, the boot init of xdm crashes to console, the xorg log is attached, the last lines are strange, what is even more strange is that when I restart xdm from the console, it don't crash and works well.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
xorg crashes to console and boots only after xdm restart

Expected Results:
xorg should boot right in the first time

Portage 2.1.6.2 (default/linux/amd64/2008.0, gcc-4.3.2, glibc-2.9_p20081201-r0, 2.6.27-gentoo-r7 x86_64)

apparently adding Option "AllowEmptyInput" "False"
to the serverlayout section solves it.
