Major change is license bump to GPL-3

NEWS in guile-gtk 2.1 (December 2007)

* Misc additions.
* g_log warning for returning #unspecified from a callback expecting a value.
* GPL version 3.

Really, what you want is guile-gnome. Guile-gtk is dead.
