This is likely a problem on the kernel side -- do you have the radeon kernel module loaded? Also, please post your 'emerge --info'.

For the logs, it works now. But I'm not sure why. First, /dev/dri/card0 is not created when loading the fglrx-module but when accessing it. So loading fglrx and looking at /dev for the dri-directory couldn't work. Second, I removed dri completely from my kernel. But I don't think this was the problem, cause it worked in the past with dri as module (with radeon). Third, I used libdrm and mesa from svn (X11-overlay). I also reverted this to the versions in portage. Last I completely removed ati-drivers and re-emerged it. So with all this, 3D-acceleration works again.
