try: emerge -f orsa it tries do dl mirror://sourceforge/orsa/orsa_0.3.0_rc3.tar.gz but the package is called mirror://sourceforge/orsa/orsa-0.3.0-rc3.tar.gz s#${PN}_${PV}#${PN}-${PV/_/-}# or so is required. That should apply to the other orsa ebuilds. Also, mirror://sourceforge/orsa/xorsa-0.3.0-rc3.13-Qt_shared.gz exists; perhaps their should also be an xorsa ebuild?
Hi James. Thanks for a report! What can I say - sourceforge is too dynamic for my age :), although this one is probably due to the author himself.. I adjusted the links in ebuild (definition of $S required adjustment too). Please test. Re: xorsa - AFAICS the present ebuild installs xorsa under /usr/bin. What does that tarball you are pointing to contains? Is this a subser of "full" orsa or is there any difference? If this is indee different, please feel free to submit a corresponding ebuild ;). Although I would appreciate an explanation of what exactly that package is.. BTW, the r1 has changed URI as well, I adjusted it. Also some testing on the -r3 is appreciated, I will be able to mark it stable upon successful test report ;). George
ebuild for rc4 was submitted a couple weeks ago I thin'. bug#26511 added this bug to list. Noticed from Changelog for rc3. bus_drivr
note bugzilla does not find this bug if searched for orsa. perhaps / should be interpreted as a blank? Possible reduction of duplicates? bus_drivr
0.3.1 is in portage already, and I processed that mentioned bugf as well. No responce re xorsa, so I presume all is well now in that respect. Closing the bug.. George
