Currently net-nntp/hellanzb will not build on PPC/PPC64 platforms. net-nntp/hellanzb supports this platform so there is no technical reason for it not to support them.

I've installed net-nntp/hellanzb using an overlay and it works fine:

ps3 portage # eix hellanzb
[D] net-nntp/hellanzb
     Available versions:  ~*0.13-r5 ~*0.13-r6 ~*0.13-r7 {libnotify ssl}

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge net-nntp/hellanzb on a ppc platform (In my case a PS3)
2. emerge reports it is not possible to install as the ebuild does not support this platform
3. give up and smoke a jay

Actual Results:  
N/A

Expected Results:  
that net-nntp/hellanzb ebuilds will install on on ppc platforms
