The URL in the emerge-webrsync script (part of gentoolkit) has not changed to
refect the changes in the download locations from www.gentoo.org to
www.ibiblio.org/gentoo.

wget does not seem to deal with redirects...(which only work at the root URL anyway)

It needs a hard coded change, or some way of getting the "current" site from
some overall config (say something in make.conf).

I'm using gentoolkit version 0.1.9

I'll see if I can't muster enough perl-fu to have it read this from
/etc/make.conf instead.

Rewrote to bash. Update now in CVS.
