The Homepage in app-emacs/bubblet dosen't exists.

Actually i haven't found a valid Homepage.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://www.gelatinous.com/pld/bubblet.html
2. Homepage doesn't exists.
