Serkan, I've downloaded both: http://tinyurl.com/5qmxhp and http://bugs.gentoo.org/attachment.cgi?id=173533&action=view and they are identical. Also they are identical with patch commited in the tree. Could you provide step by step instruction about how to reproduce this problem?
A somewhat-similar-sounding problem showing attachment#182889 [details, diff], which is an unidiff against an unidiff patchfile. As for mishandling of bzr patches, I think this is something to be handled upstream. The 'diff' feature is not really crucial to our use of Bugzilla, and it exhibiting weird behavior with non-standard patch formats is not something we should concern ourselves with. As for the other issue reported, I can't really reproduce. The linked 'diff' seems to be correct.
