During emerge xfsprogs, the fetch is failing:

After a bit of exploration it turns out that the following is the new location of this bundle:

ftp://oss.sgi.com/projects/xfs/previous/cmd_tars/xfsprogs_2.9.7-1.tar.gz

This is most probably true for all xfsprogs ebuilds - the old location holds only latest bundle: xfsprogs_2.10.2-1.tar.gz for which there is no ebuild at this moment
