It looks like you should fix your package.keywords file. If you were really running ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=amd64, then nothing should pull in dev-dotnet/gtk-sharp-2.12.7 ... Please reopen this bug if that (fixing package.keywords) doesn't turn out to solve the problem.
