Add the 2.18.50.0.7 patches from the previous binutils set, and this one as an additional.

It's nice to roll back to a 2.18 version just in case.

Also, the first patch in the 2.18 series is maintained externally, and the second patch is an additional. So it's wise to split them up at this time.

I'm going to try and get these pushed upstream anyway, so it'd be useful to keep them as they are for now.

Ok, thanks for working with upstream. Makes our job 800% better and makes Prefix on FreeMint that much more stable (less breakage on new pkg versions)
