I found the file here: http://syd5.ausgamers.com:88/downloads/1231375061/rainslickep2_linux_r1.tgz I've placed a copy of it on the master mirror, so it will be available on mirror:/gentoo/ pretty soon.
As pointed out you can also find the file as http://files.playgreenhouse.com/hotheadgames/rainslick/rainslickep2_linux_r1.tgz And I believe that should be the path for SRC_URI in the ebuild.
