Hi, there is a new version of GNU Solfege, 3.12.0. It has some feature additions.

3.10.4 version of the ebuild works with following steps;

  # remove `>=dev-python/libgnome-python-2.20 and >=dev-python/gtkhtml-python-2.19' from RDEPEND
  # add app-text/txt2man to DEPEND

It compiles and installs for me, but it won't run because it can't find the py modules it put in the wrong place.

3.14.0 has been released. See the posted diff for changes from 3.10.4 currently in the tree to 3.14.0 -- dependency changes and simple EAPI 2 updates.

Also, it seems that midi playback doesn't work for me without using timidity as an external player, but I haven't researched the problem too much yet.

Ebuild updates from version 3.10.4 to version 3.14.0

Ebuild updates for version 3.14.0 from the latest version in the tree (3.10.4) -- includes dependency updates and minor EAPI 2 phase changes.

3.14.1 was released and the attached patch still works fine to update version 3.10.4 to 3.14.1.

This is fixed with 3.15.1.
