Description Dror Levin (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-12-12 22:09:24 UTC
Newer version, please bump.

Also, the pysqlite dependency should only be pulled-in if the python version is < 2.5 as it will automatically use the built-in sqlite3 module which exists since python-2.5. I didn't want to open a separate bug report for this.

Reassingning to maintainer, CCed video herd.

Version 0.9.9 is available.
I wasn't able to run that version without dev-python/pysqlite being installed even with python-2.5 being the only installed version of python. Maybe because I installed python without the sqlite USE flag being enabled.
Comment 3 Mike Auty (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-01-24 00:17:43 UTC
The previous ebuild (0.9.7.1) seems to build fine, both patches still apply, so a rename should be ok, assuming the sqlite stuff's all the same...
