Description Mitch Winkle 2003-07-22 12:20:41 UTC
Shouldn't this be installed as root.root?
Comment 1 wolfwood 2003-12-11 17:34:51 UTC
blackdown-jre-1.4.1 is installed root:root

Could you be more specific as to what exactly you're talking about that is owned 1000:none ?
Comment 2 Adrian Almenar 2003-12-19 21:55:25 UTC
Moving this again to java@gentoo.org, so everyone out there can help.

you will need to update glibc and possibly gcc first
afaik it is a bug in glibc from the stages in the 2004.1 release
