After installing gmpc-0.16.1, its icon did not appear whenever it was referred as the application icon - e.g. in Xfce's right-click menu, in notifications and in some places inside the application itself.

But when another package later on updated the icon cache, it finally appeared :).

As I don't know the icon-cache mechanisms, I don't feel like updating the ebuild myself.
