Huh? I hit this now too.. WTF is going on? I did not change anything, I swear :).
Ok, I'll investigate. There was a change to pax-marking in gnatbuild.eclass recently. Its pretty far-fetched, but that's the only thing I can think of atm..
Comment 3 George Shapovalov (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2008-12-08 13:35:52 UTC
Well, what do you know, it did make a difference. Apparently that pax-marking change was too "aggressive". I rolled it back, so the bug should be fixed now. However, I am afraid, I'll have to ask you to rebuild whatever gnat-xxx's you have installed since Dec 05.
(while at it, you may want to mask the gpl-2008-r1 version or, rather its SLOT setting, as I am planning to collite it into the "proper" 4.1 SLOT. Will do it after updating qtada, that should now be compilable with the 2008 version again, without issues)

I am not issuing the revbump on all the gnat ebuilds, as it has been only a few days since the problem was introduced and more people will likely be affected by the bump rather than by the problem itself.
