media-video/mplayer-1.0_rc2_p28058
media-video/smplayer-0.6.5-r1
x11-libs/gtk+-2.14.5

Downgrade gtk+ to 2.14.4 version resolve the problem.

On pure mplayer fulscreen mode in both case (2.14.5 and 2.14.4) sems to be invalid

This looks like an MPlayer issue to me. SMPlayer has nothing at all to do with GTK+ (it uses Qt4) and it is just a GUI frontend for MPlayer. Reassigning to media-video.

Yes I know, but why it works in smplayer on gtk+-2.14.4?
Comment 3 Maciej Gierok 2009-01-21 17:58:42 UTC
gtk+-2.14.7 - problem still occured
Comment 4 Steve Dibb (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-08-03 20:15:28 UTC
As mentioned before, GTK will have nothing to do with this, as smplayer is Qt-based.

Either way, please test and reopen if still an issue with newer s/mplayer
