dev-java/sun-jce-1.6.0 ebuild wants sun-jce-bin-1.6.0 file to be downloaded. This file is not available anymore from sun. Instead there is a zip file available. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dev-java/sun-jce-bin-1.6.0
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
file can't be fetched for ebuild

This URL will expire. Go to URL provided in fetch restriction message and download the file manually. See bug #227251 as a reference.

Reopening as we need to fix this issue.

This was reprted in bug ##227251 fixed back in June please sync and follow instructions in fetch restriction message.
