There's been a new release of giFT-FastTrack; 0.8.1, the latest in the Portage tree, doesn't work with the latest version of giFT. I'm attaching a context diff between the two ebuilds, as well as a copy of the new one. (Some minor changes were necessary because of some minor changes in the package)

Looks like I'm a bit in over my head since I haven't received the training 'real' devs get (I'm not sure what I should do about the Changelog and headers), so I'm reassigning as you said.
Please use diff -u (Unified diff) for any diff you want me to read in the future (and anyone else who works on the kernel regularly probably too)... Applying, sorry about the delay.
