In the Virtual Mailhosting Guide the following code listing still refers to apache-1, as mod_ssl is included in apache-2 and the "standalone" version forces portage to install apache-1 AND apache-2. Apache2 php support is still marked as "Mostly working". So I'm going to hold off until it's marked stable before upgrading. I did however add an apache version disclaimer to the guide.
