Description Devin Cofer 2008-11-29 18:08:59 UTC
sys-devel/binutils-2.19.50.0.1 fixes the build errors caused by using the multitarget USE flag in 2.19. It seems to work fine on amd64, at least, and should be given an unstable keyword / 2.19 should be hardmasked IMO.

Well, then 2.19 should be masked.

As for the info, I figured you'd know... look at the changelog... "...and fix cross-compiling #245478".

you've still provided 0 information as to what the problem is. i dont go masking packages because 1 random person asks for it with 0 information as to why. cross-compiling with binutils-2.19 works just fine as does USE=multitarget.
