depends on wine. 
after wine installed, run wine to configure it, and then just download the script and run it. 
after that kazaa will be installed.

I don't think packaging Windows programs falls within the mandate of a Linux distribution - nice idea though. ;)

Give net-p2p/gift-fasttrack a try, maybe it will do what you need.
