(22K) sci-libs/lapack-reference/files/lapack-reference-3.1.1-autotools.patch

I'm reporting this bug since repoman issued a warning about a file bigger than 20KiB.

Big files should be moved to mirrors, or otherwise stored outside the main cvs tree, since the cvs/rsync tree is downloaded by all users, whether they'll use your package or not.
