Description Vladimir Kokarev 2008-11-26 11:41:22 UTC
When I add gcdemu applet to any of my gnome panels, nothing appears there. But if I click right mouse button at the place where I put the applet, its context menu appears. Actually, the applet has 1px width.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add gcdemu applet to gnome panel.
Actual Results:
Applet is added of 1px width and is invisible

Expected Results:
Applet icon is added to the panel

Thank you for report Vladimir. Please try 1.2.0. This bug should be fixed there.
Comment 3 Vladimir Kokarev 2009-10-27 00:27:59 UTC
sorry, but I still have the same problem with 1.2.0
what additional information do you need to debug that?
Comment 4 Peter Volkov (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-10-27 08:40:19 UTC
Could you show me output of:

gconftool-2 -R /apps/gcdemu-applet-standalone/prefs
gconftool-2 --get-schema-name /apps/gcdemu-applet-standalone/prefs/icon_name
gconftool-2 --get /schemas/apps/gcdemu-applet/prefs/icon_name
gconftool-2 --get-default-source /schemas/apps/gcdemu-applet/prefs/icon_name

Also do you have gnome-base/librsvg installed?
Comment 5 Vladimir Kokarev 2009-10-27 10:56:37 UTC
matrix@matrix ~ $ gconftool-2 -R /apps/gcdemu-applet-standalone/prefs
matrix@matrix ~ $ gconftool-2 --get-schema-name /apps/gcdemu-applet-standalone/prefs/icon_name
No schema known for `/apps/gcdemu-applet-standalone/prefs/icon_name'
matrix@matrix ~ $ gconftool-2 --get /schemas/apps/gcdemu-applet/prefs/icon_name
No value set for `/schemas/apps/gcdemu-applet/prefs/icon_name'
matrix@matrix ~ $ gconftool-2 --get-default-source /schemas/apps/gcdemu-applet/prefs/icon_name
xml:merged:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults

and I have gnome-base/librsvg-2.26.0 installed
