Bug 248786 – Depend on split gnome-python bindings for x11-misc/revelation

To avoid cluttering of systems, the Gnome team introduced split gnome-python bindings.  Please update the dependencies of revelation accordingly.

At least
dev-python/libgnome-python
dev-python/gconf-python

are needed.

Patch to Revelation 0.4.11-r1

This is a patch to the current ebuild which replaces the gnome-python meta-dependency with explicit dependencies on the necessary split packages.

Also this introduces a new patch which removes the need for the gnome-python-extras package, as this is bogus nowadays. (The check comes from times when the panelapplet-stuff was still in gnome-python-extras, which is ancient history now ;) ).
