the dependency from kleopatra 4.1.3 to gnupg is figured out in the ebuild. But Kleopatra needs >=gnupg-2.0.10 for full work. That is shown by the "Perform Self Test" in Kleopatra. 

Is it possible to get an masked gnupg-2.0.10 package in the tree?

1. open Kleopatra
2. Setting - Perform Self Test

As far as I can tell the latest version of gnupg is 2.0.9
So 2.0.10 seems to be impossible at the moment ...
