For some reason, only two icon icons show in the toolbar and menu's, the others are grayed out. This is with both arch and ~arch (and all versions I have tryed in the past). Can only think that qt is at issue. qpkg -I -v qt x11-libs/qt-3.1.2-r3 * But it also occurred with previous (arch) versions of qt Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge scribus 2. 3. Actual Results: no (few) icons in toolbar and menus Expected Results: Icons in toolbar and menus Portage 2.0.48-r1 (default-ppc-1.4, gcc-3.2.3, glibc-2.3.2-r1) ================================================================= System uname: 2.4.21-ppc-r3 ppc GENTOO_MIRRORS="http://ftp.snt.utwente.nl/pub/os/linux/gentoo" CONFIG_PROTECT="/etc /var/qmail/control /usr/share/config /usr/kde/2/share/config /usr/kde/3/share/config /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb" CONFIG_PROTECT_MASK="/etc/gconf /etc/env.d" PORTDIR="/usr/portage" DISTDIR="/usr/portage/distfiles" PKGDIR="/usr/portage/packages" PORTAGE_TMPDIR="/var/tmp" PORTDIR_OVERLAY="/usr/local/portage/" USE="oss dvd xv libwww jpeg mitshm gif png truetype ppc foomaticdb gnome-libs alsa gdbm berkdb readline aalib java guile mysql X sdl gpm tcpd pam ssl perl python esd imlib oggvorbis gtk qt opengl mozilla ldap cdr crypt cups encode ethereal gtk2 maildir moznocompose moznoirc moznomail mpeg ncurses pcmcia quicktime radeon usb -nls -motif -slang -gnome -kde" COMPILER="gcc3" CHOST="powerpc-unknown-linux-gnu" CFLAGS="-O2 -pipe -mcpu=7400 -maltivec -mabi=altivec" CXXFLAGS="-O2 -pipe" ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="ppc" MAKEOPTS="-j2" AUTOCLEAN="yes" SYNC="rsync://rsync.nl.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage" FEATURES="ccache"
Well, this isn't a bug, it's the expected behaviour. As long as you don't have an open document, all but two icons are grayed out. Click on the first icon to open a new document.
