Bug 248646 – sci-libs/blas-goto-1.26 version bump

New version of blas-goto. The same ebuild works here, but with a change in the patch (attachment coming).

Also some important news: is very possible that blas-goto provides a complete LAPACK implementation too. I haven't tested it, I don't know how to do it. If somebody can test it / make a test / tell me how to make a test, it would be great.

Here is the patch for this ebuild. Apart for the lapack stuff, maybe we should test if this implements cblas and clapack, just in case. Documentation is almost inexistent.

Forget about the LAPACK stuff, I've used the official test and it lacks some symbols (IOW it doesn't implement lapack). It works with some functions, though. I haven't tried this with cblas, but I guess that it won't work. Anywat, the version bump is still valid.
