When trying to build mono-tools-2.0 with USE="-gtkhtml" I get following failure:

No package 'gtkhtml-sharp-2.0' found

Fixed. Gtkhtml also is needed for a tool that controls building the other renderer backends, so gtkhtml useflag dropped.
