Does this satisfy any dependancies in portage? Perl modules are only added to portage if they fulfill a dependancy. We're not trying to duplicate CPAN - they do a good enough job :)

I don't suppose there's a bug out there for request tracker yet? (my luck, there is, and it's already assigned to me and I don't realize it :) )

dev-perl/class-returnvalue now in portage, masked. Will unmask when request tracker is available and unmaskable.
