some good stuff for who use soundblaster's soundcard 'live! , audigy, audigy2'
very simple package. but it config bin default bin directory to /usr/local/bin
in src. so i just make veryvery simple patch.

I dont know well about where is this package put into.
in my case i just put it /usr/local/portage/media-sound/sbconf 

but this is just frontend of emu-tools. please put it right postion.

gladefile. :)
