It's been in the tree quite some time and there are no bugs. I think it's time to get this to stable. Thanks, Dustin Reproducible: Always

Could we add amd64 as well? Works fine in my machine. * QA Notice: Precompiled python object files do not belong in /usr/share * /usr/share/pybliographer/pybrc.pyc /usr/share/pybliographer/Pyblio/Utils.pyc ... going to do anything about that?

But then scripts search for datafiles in /usr/$(get_libdir) as well :( So there is not an easy way to patch this, unless upstream is willing to provide an additional configure option, I'm afraid. To get rid of the QA warning, one could remove line 726 of ${S}/Makefile.in which will prevent generation of .pyc files. But I'm not sure that this is a valid solution. Dustin
Created attachment 184835 [details, diff] QA Fix Ebuild improvement to fix QA: - use python_mod_optimize for byte-compilation after installation - use python_mod_cleanup after removal to clean up byte-compiled files - install byte-compiled code into $(python_get_sitedir)

Pybliographer 1.2.11 does not work on my system. See bug 268754.
1. It depends on (stable) dev-python/python-bibtex that currently doesn't build due bug 264439 2. Because of that, I was unable to check if I am able to reproduce bug 268754 3. Upstream is looking for maintainer (http://pybliographer.org/) 4. Currently, there is no stable version for this under amd64, then, better wait until these bugs are solved since there is no "worse" version in stable to fix => Removing amd64 from CC list, but I keep me on it for looking progress (even fixing it or simply removing) Regards
(In reply to comment #12) Fixed in app-office/pybliographer-1.2.12-r1.
