I'm glad I'm not the only one seeing this behavior. Any video from thestreet.com crashes my browser, firefox-3.0.4. Also, a fantasy football league on sportsline.com regularly crashes my browser in its live scoring page. I can provide URLs if need be. Bottom line, it looks like 64-bit netscape-flash has a ways to go to be useable.
