Why Blender 2.23 is considered as a stable version ? 2.27 is far more stable and
far more powerfull than 2.23 ...

I want it to become stable. 2.23 is crappy compared to 2.27

why 2.23 ?
2.23 is the most crappy Blender version ... 
2.27 is a very good release and 2.28 still better.
I think it's time to get rid of 2.23.
What do you think guys ?

everyone ive talked to about blender hates 2.23 because it really was an alphaish 
release ... i think we should force out the most recent version to stable, let the 
bugs get worked out, and then use that from now on

I think we can bump to stable .27 now and the bump .28c next week

Not at all, 2.28c is really good and we should get rid of the 2.23, this
is a crap version.
