net-misc/clockspeed-0.62-r5 has hit the tree only minutes ago.

the reason i ask for early stabilization is that the update contains a new leapsecs.dat file - which honours the leap second that will be introduced at the end of the year.

users need to upgrade before the new year or their clocks will go wrong at 2008-12-31 23:59:60 :-)

the new leapsecs.dat is the only change between -r4 and -r5.

x86 stable, all arches done.
