koffice without internationalization support is ungood for non-native english speakers, so koffice-meta should pull app-i18n/koffice-i18n. Strange thing is that there was bug #156614 that fixed this in koffice-meta-1.6.2, but for some reason this was ignored in 1.6.3 version, the current one.

I had a look at the repo, the 1.6.2 ebuild didn't¹. Pulling the i18n ebuild in sucks for english speaking users and optional runtime dependencies are pretty ugly. Installing the ebuild once even putting it in a user defined set and getting the updates for free is as hard as setting the use flag once.
