Umbrello without icons in the top menu, toolbar, etc. 

junmin@thinking ~ $ umbrello 
umbrello(1293)/kdeui (KIconLoader): Error: standard icon theme "oxygen" not found! 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge kde-base/umbrello
2.umbrello

Actual Results:  
Umbrello without icons in the top menu, toolbar, etc

Expected Results:  
show up with icons

actually there are the icon files.

had to install emerge kdebase-data! (kdebase-runtime)

That's what the dependencies are for, reopening.

Works for me but it should come over dependencies!

I added kdebase-data to kde4-base.eclass, so this should be fixed now - reopen if it doesn't.
