Gaim 0.65 + Gaim-encryption

From Gaim-encryption website:
"Version 2.00 is incompatible with the previous releases (sorry). It uses the
NSS crypto library, which resolves the OpenSSL licensing issue."

Getting this error during "make install" phase of emerge.

Got the same error on another machine.  It is only when encryption is being compiled in.
