games-strategy/hedgewars depends on media-libs/sdl-mixer. Moreover it turned out that when media-libs/sdl-mixer is bulid without USE="vorbis" set the game is not playable. When one tries to run the game there appears a window with an error message 
"Loading  /usr/share/games/hedgewars/Data/Sounds/grenadeimpact.ogg failed" just after the "LOADING" screen and the user is sent back to the menu.

reemerging the media-libs/sdl-mixer with USE="vorbis" fixed the problem.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge media-libs/sdl-mixer without USE="vorbis" set.
2. emerge games-strategy/hedgewars-0.9.7
3. try to run any type of multi- or single player game

Actual Results:  
Loading  /usr/share/games/hedgewars/Data/Sounds/grenadeimpact.ogg failed
